Most items: 30 days from delivery date.
Sale/Clearance items: Final sale, no returns or exchanges.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, undamaged, and in original condition;
With all original tags, labels, packaging & accessories;
Not custom-made, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, opened beauty products).
3. Refund Details
Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal/etc.).
Processing time: 5-7 business days after inspection of your return.
Shipping fees:
Buyer’s remorse: Customer covers return shipping; original shipping is non-refundable.
Defective/wrong item: We cover return shipping; full refund including original shipping.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges for same item, different size/color (subject to stock).
Request within 30 days; price difference will be charged or refunded.
5. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (item + packaging + shipping label). We offer free replacement or full refund (including shipping).
6. International Orders
International customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties & taxes (except for our errors).
