Every capsule is fully manufactured and pre-assembled inside our factory. After delivery to your site, it can be rapidly installed and ready for immediate use with no messy on-site construction.
As our best-selling single-unit model, it comes with a bathroom featuring dry-wet separation. The streamlined minimalist frame creates a sleek modern look that harmonizes beautifully with natural surroundings. Its practical, well-organized layout fits a wide range of application scenarios.
Its interior space can be flexibly planned with a separate bedroom, exclusive studio and multi-functional lounge room. This compact, high-efficiency layout fully covers all demands of long-term accommodation and creative office work.

The C Series is one of the capsule house lines developed by Shengcheng Aluminum Limited. It delivers a modern, compact living unit that perfectly balances stylish appearance and high space efficiency.Boasting a wide panoramic glass facade, this capsule maximizes natural daylight and frames stunning outdoor scenery. It works perfectly as small offices, private vacation retreats and creative art studios.The unit supports a power supply of 8KW to 10KW, with floor heating available as an optional upgrade. It weighs between 2.5 tons( model: C2) and 4 tons( model: C1, C3 ,C4). Designed for modern demands, the C Series creates a flexible, eco-friendly space for both living and working.This capsule house also owns distinctive highlights: solid premium construction, peaceful interior ambiance and fresh bright color schemes. Fitted with full-size French windows and a full smart control system, its comfort level is fully on par with star hotels, letting you soak in the gentle romance of minimalist capsule living.

INSULATED WINDOW STRUCTURE
The windows of the SHENGCHENG Space Capsule House utilize double-glazed tempered Low-E glass with a TPE thermoplastic spacer in the middle, all housed within a robust aluminum alloy frame. This layered glass structure provides excellent thermal insulation, heat insulation, and sound insulation. The entire window unit seamlessly integrates with wall modules, enabling standardized prefabrication, convenient transportation, and rapid on-site installation, effectively reducing overall construction costs and building energy consumption.
WALL/CEILING/FLOOR MODULE
The walls, ceiling, and floor of the SHENGCHENG Space Capsule House utilize a sandwich composite structure: the upper and lower layers are integrally molded aluminum panel shells, internally filled with 80-100mm high-performance PU polyurethane insulation layer, and supported by a hot-dip galvanized steel frame.The size can be customized according to the floor plan; the factory prefabricated modular design makes transportation convenient, on-site assembly is quick, and hoisting operation is simple, which greatly saves construction labor and logistics transportation costs.
