- Domestic: Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan.
- International: Most countries/regions worldwide (checkout page available countries only).
- Exclusions: PO boxes, military addresses, remote islands.

- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Lost/Damaged Packages
- Lost: Replacement or full refund if package is not delivered within 30 days of shipping.
- Damaged/Incorrect: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (item + packaging + label) for replacement or refund.
7. Modifications & Cancellations
- Unshipped: Address/items may be modified or order canceled via customer service.
- Shipped: No modifications/cancellations. Returns accepted per our Return Policy.
8. Holidays & Force Majeure
- Shipping suspended during major holidays (e.g., Spring Festival, National Day).
- We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, or carrier strikes.
