  • Weekend/holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations


  • Domestic: Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan.
  • International: Most countries/regions worldwide (checkout page available countries only).
  • Exclusions: PO boxes, military addresses, remote islands.

3. Shipping Costs


  • Domestic:
    • Free shipping on orders over ____ CNY.
    • Flat rate ____ CNY for orders under ____ CNY.

  • International:
    • Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight & method.
    • Customer is responsible for import duties, taxes & customs fees.

5. Order Tracking


  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order shipsShopify.
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost/Damaged Packages


  • Lost: Replacement or full refund if package is not delivered within 30 days of shipping.
  • Damaged/Incorrect: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (item + packaging + label) for replacement or refund.

7. Modifications & Cancellations


  • Unshipped: Address/items may be modified or order canceled via customer service.
  • Shipped: No modifications/cancellations. Returns accepted per our Return Policy.

8. Holidays & Force Majeure


  • Shipping suspended during major holidays (e.g., Spring Festival, National Day).
  • We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, or carrier strikes.
